Log off and exit all ASYCUDA client applications (none should be running).
Navigate to the "System Cleaner" option on the portal page (link provided above).
The system cleaner will be downloaded to your computer, and the file should be accessible in the downloads section of your browser.
Click the file; it should open and run the cleaning process within a few seconds, then automatically close.
Click the live server option on the portal website to download the "awslu.jnlp file.
Double-click the shortcut to this file in your browser. This will launch the ASYCUDA client and display the login screen. Log back into ASYCUDA.
The system cleaner should be run daily before logging into ASYCUDA or whenever unusual behaviour is observed from the ASYCUDA client.
